I have everything connected but there is no picture or sound
    Make sure that all cables are firmly connected in your television and your external AV sources.  After you have made all connections  press the INPUT or SOURCE button on either the TV or remote and choose the correct source.  Make sure your cable, satellite, games console or other set top box is  turned on.  If all this fails, try another set of cables.  If you're still having problems please call our helpline on 0345 658 8290.
