I opened the box and an accessory was missing. What do I do?
    We're really sorry about this.  We have stringent quality control but sometimes mistakes happen.  If you contact us either through our Facebook page by sending us a message, by emailing us contact-us@seiki-uk.com, filling in the contact form on this website or by calling us on 0345 658 8290 we will send the missing accessory by return.  Please make sure we have the following information:
  • Your name and address
  • A contact point in case of query
  • Which accessory is missing
  • Your TV model number (normally start SE and is on the back of your TV and on the box)
  • The TV serial number (this is vital)
  • Where you purchased the TV and purchase date
